• He obtained the Law degree for the Autonom University of Chihuahua (1961)

• He made a Master in Constitutional Process Code, dictated by Mexico’s Supreme Court of Justice and the Senate of the Republic (2004)

• He participated at the Seminary of High Municipal Administration, dictated at ITESM campus Ciudad Juarez (1999)

• Director for Legal Affairs at Ciudad Juarez Municipality (1992-1995 and 1998-1999)

• Chief of the Department of Legal Affairs at Ciudad Juarez Municipality (1983-1986)

• Bravos District’s Third Civil Judge residing in Ciudad Juarez (1968-1971)

• Main Official at Chihuahua State’s Judiciary (Judicial Power) assigned to the First Penal Hall of Chihuahua’s Supreme Court of Justice. Afterwards he was appointed as Court’s Secretary (1963)

In some times in his professional career, he has colaborated for several Law bureaus and has formed associations with colleagues to develop his profession.

Those activities were done untill 2003 when he took the post of General Director of the National Agrarian Registry.
